Engaging in therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, or perhaps not worth the time. I view therapy as an opportunity to be curious about and invest in the healing process. Healing requires intention and effort. If you find yourself repeating the same patterns or struggles in life, it may be time to do more intentional personal or relational work.
