Individual Therapy
$115 – 60-minute Individual Intake
$100 – 50-minute Individual Session

Couples Therapy
$130 – 60-minute Couples Intake
$115 – 50-minute Couples Session

Pre-Marital Counseling
$800 – PREPARE / ENRICH Assessment
3 two-hour Feedback and Processing Sessions

Miscellaneous Fees
$50 – Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee
$50 – Non-Clinical Services (30 Minutes)

Insurance

I am currently paneled with: 

Aetna Insurance (most plans)

Highmark Insurance (most plans) 

Insurance benefits vary. Often, clients will need to pay a contracted rate towards their deductible, or there may be a copay or co-insurance fee. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company if you have any questions about your benefits. 

For other insurance plans, you are able to apply therapy services to your out-of-network deductible. You are also able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for services.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Speak with your Human Resources Representative. They can inform you of your company’s EAP Provider. If you have one of the following EAP Providers, request authorization directly from them. They will send me the authorization request. EAP authorizations may cover 2 or more therapy sessions, free of charge, for you.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. You can also manage payment on TherapyPortal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the $50 late cancellation fee.
